Here's The What's What
For starters, gather your information such as date, time, expected number of painters, and location – then fill out our Private Party Inquiry Form. From there, we’ll be in contact to hash out the details and see if we’re the ones for you! After that we’ll set up your event, get your deposit, and party!
Choose a date and time then email our office to check availability. To secure your date and time, a deposit is required.
Half of your total party amount is due to confirm your registration, without it, your time slot is considered tentative.
- $35 per painter, including all materials and instruction (for an Acrylic Step-by-Step Paint & Sip Class)
- 10 person minimum (or $350) A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm event.
- Time and date are considered tentative until deposit is received.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept additional discounts (i.e. Groupon) on private parties. Gift certificates are good to go!
Everyone has different needs, and sometimes, the paintings we’ve already created don’t quite meet the needs of our customers. We can alter one of the paintings found in Paintings, or on our Facebook Page. Or if you’d prefer, we can create a custom painting just for your event! Email ahead of time with ideas and images and together we can come up with something everyone will love. Custom paintings do require extra love but for an extra $50, we can create a one-of-a-kind just for you!
We also offer a Paint-Your-Pet option for animal lovers and a Rob Boss style class option as well (prices vary for PYP and RB options). Both are extremely fun and a great way to personalize your experience.
